How I work

Four moves, in the same order, in every operation.

  1. Start where the data is born.

    Every gap traces back to a dock, a scanner or a keyboard. I start there, not in the dashboard.

  2. Fix the ruler before judging the team.

    Most “underperformance” is broken measurement and slow tools. Fix those and output follows.

  3. Make the fix permanent.

    Validation rules, standard scan points and clear owners, so the same leak can’t come back.

  4. Report what’s coming.

    Overtime, capacity and cost per unit forecast ahead, before volume breaks the floor.

Your unit is different. The leaks are the same.

Cost per box is where I proved it. The playbook moves to any operation that runs on people, inventory and margin.
